Cassava is a famous tube in underdeveloped country. The taste maybe not delicious as potato but it is good for you too. The sugar content of the tube is low.People boil this tubes for breakfast or tea time.

If the people hungry in jungle, they can eat this tube. They do not have to cook the tube. Alternatively, they can bake the tube.

We can make chips from cassava too. In my country, some businessman export this chip to United States. They can get much benefit from the business.

This tube is easy to cook. You can do like this:

1. Peel the cassava. Wash it with clean water.

2. Cut the cassava as you want.

3. Provide a pan with water. Put few salt into the water.

4. Boil the tubes done. The done cassava is very soft.

You can also fry this tube. Fry the cassava slices until done. The done cassava is gold brown in color. You can add salt powder.

I prefer to steam this tubes. You can also steam cassava. Put the cassava slices to stem pan. Stem the cassava done.

As I told in first paragraph, we can make chips to. Here are the steps :

1. Provide the tools such as : knife, fry pan, spatula, basin, plate, and others.

2. Peel the cassava. Wash it.

3. Slices thin the tubes with sharp knife or you can use slices machine. The slice machine can slice the cassava fast.

4. Fry the cassava slice until done. You can use coconut oil or peanut oil. Lift the chips when it done.

5. You can add salt or sugar powder to the chips.You can also add palm sugar if you like it.?

6. In my country, people add chili sauce to the cassava. They blend red chili, onion, garlic, few sugar and few salt.?
